Hello,

It has happened many times that I was writing something in quick edit, than wanted to switch to default edit view and I had to start writing all over again. It happened also a lot of times that I accidently clicked on reply button instead of on the quick reply submit button. And probably I'm not the only one. Therefore would I suggest that in such cases the content of quick edit would be copied to default edit view.
